- Outside guests/visitors are not permitted on the property without the managements consent.
- If a room is booked for 1 person and a second person joins an additional amount of R550 per day will be charged, this must be arranged in advance.
- Parking is for ONE vehicle per reservation and NO trailers are permitted unless prior arrangement is made and given there is space for it.
- No bus parking available.
- Parking for large vehicles including Quantums/taxis and the likes, must be arranged prior to arrival.
- We do not supply beach towels, please bring your own.
- Hair dryers and irons are on request at the property.
- We are not self catering - no stoves or braai facilities available on the property.
- Alcohol from outside may be consumed in your room, but not in public areas.
- No drinking around the pool is permitted.
- Noise must be kept to minimal to respect other guests.
- Check-in is from 2 pm onwards and checkout 10 am strictly.
- No smoking in rooms - designated areas are provided.
- Wifi is available and free of charge for guests. Should the connection be intermittent at any stage, the establishment takes no responsibility.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a guardian.
- Family rooms have a maximum capacity of 3 people only - no extra children are permitted with out prior arrangement. (all ages)
